Final Paper Publication

All other authors should follow these instructions:

• The proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society.
• The final (camera ready) paper is to be submitted to IEEE (our publisher).
  • ICIS 2009 Paper Submission Site
• Accepted papers will receive author kit from IEEE on how to format and submit your paper to IEEE. These kits will be delivered to you via email by February 11, 2009.
• At the end of the conference, session chairs and program committee members will recommend some authors of well presented papers be invited to submit extended versions of their presented papers for publication in the International Journal of Computer and Information Science (IJCIS).

IEEE Electronic File Specifications

Due to new IEEE requirements that all sponsored conferences provide electronic versions of their proceedings for archiving in IEEE digital libraries, the IEEE has established requirements for creating PDF documents. Files submitted by the CONFERENCE or authors to the PUBLISHER should whenever possible meet these specifications. General specifications can be found at:

PLEASE NOTE: Authors should check their final PDF files before submission to verify that all fonts have been properly embedded and subset. Some font manufacturers now flag their fonts to not embed. These fonts should be avoided. The editor assigned to your project can provide you with an Adobe Acrobat Distiller Job Options file that may be used with Acrobat Distiller 4.0 and above. This Job Options file is set to meet IEEE PDF specifications. This file may be added to the "Settings" sub-directory for Adobe Acrobat Distiller. After installing this file in the "Setting" sub-directory, open Acrobat Distiller and selected the "IEEE Settings" from the job options pull-down menu on the Distiller's main interface. This should allow the user to distill their paper to IEEE PDF specifications.
